There will be a mapathon hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 21st from 1:00 - 3:00pm to map the Rinjani Volcano region. Volcano Rinjani is a massive active volcano which towers over the island of Lombok in Indonesia. Volcano Rinjani is the second highest mountain in Indonesia at 3,726 meters tall. On October 28, 2015 the Gunung Barujari cone of the volcano erupted. The status of Volcano Rinjani is still a Level II (Alert). This volcano is located in densely populated area and therefore in need of mapping.
